Benefits of Carrots for Beauty and Health


Carrots (Daucus carota) is a plant that is orange with a texture like wood. Carrots are vegetables that are easily available and do not need to pay much for it, because the price is cheap. But did you know that the poorer Carrots have many benefits for our bodies?

Carrots contain water, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, anti-cancer nutrients, pectin, glutanion, minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, amgnesium, chromium and natrium) and vitamins (beta carotene, B1, and C). Carrot leaves also contain porphyrins which can be useful to stimulate the glands pituary and increasing sex hormone.

Here are some of the benefits of carrots for beauty and health of our bodies:

1. Smooth face
Carrots are useful for our skin health is to smooth the face. By the way, prepare a clean 2-3 peeled carrots and the carrots. Then wash and grate carrots. And directly apply on face as a mask. And let it dry, then rinse thoroughly.


2. Prevent acne and remove acne scars
You can prevent the appearance of acne and remove acne scars by drinking carrot juice every day. Because carrots contain beta carotene which can help the healing of the wound tissue.

3. Neutralize the acid in the blood
Carrots can neutralize acid in the blood because carrots contain potassium and vitamin C.

4. Prevent freckles and dark spots on the skin
Because the carrot is rich in vitamin A which is very useful for skin health.

5. Improve eyesight
Carrots may help to improve the clarity of the eyes because they contain beta carotene which is good for maintaining healthy eyes. Carrot also can help prevent night blindness and weak eyesight improve.

By way of preparing carrots 500gr. Then wash and slice the carrots. Then put a little water that has been cooked and then blend the carrots. After that, strain and drink carrot juice. Drink this juice 3 times a day.

7. Treating coughs
First, prepare a carrot then wash and grate the carrots. Then add a few tablespoons of hot water and wring it out. After that, add the palm sugar and mix evenly. Drink this mixture two times a day.

8. Helps heal strokes
By eating carrots five times a week can lower the risk of stroke when compared with eating carrots only once a month.

9. Overcoming constipation
