How to Overcome Insomnia



Do you often difficult to sleep at night? as if your eyes can not be closed and did not sleep during the night and in the morning will feel sleepy while doing daily activities. While humans are normally in general will feel sleepy at night and can move in a fresh condition. This is called insomnia.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which the state of someone having trouble sleeping at night.

insomnia is caused by several things, such as:
* Having bad habits such as drinking alcohol and coffee at the time going to sleep.
* Circumstances that disrupt the neighborhood like a lamp lit room, no noise, heat and others.
* Having a mental disorder caused by too many thoughts and stress.
* Use of sleeping pills or tranquilizers in the long term.
* Has a habit of often stayed up late and irregular hours of sleep.
* Depending on the mood he was feeling such as anxiety, restlessness, depression and fear.


Here are some tips that you can do to overcome the insomnia that you experience:

1. Healthy life by avoiding foods and beverages that can cause insomnia such as drinking alcohol, coffee and smoking.

2. Try not to sleep in the afternoon or evening because it will make you sleepy at night.

3. Listening to music with songs that are calm so the mind becomes calm and you will be sleepy.

4. Depending on the mood he was feeling such as anxiety, restlessness, depression and fear.

5. Clear your mind to eliminate all the anxiety you might think when sleeping. Create a relaxed mind.

6. Regular exercise in the morning because the exercise can help people who have problems with difficulty sleeping.

7. Bath with a warm bath before bed. Since warm water can stimulate sleep.

8. Sleep and wake up with a regular time period every day.

9. Do not get to watch TV until late at night.
